What We Gave Star for Her 11th Birthday

Last week, Star turned 11.

Star is so easy to love and has been since she has been born. She makes friends easily, is incredibly smart but not at all braggy about it, and loves anything cuddly and cute.

Here’s what she got for her birthday!

GREAT GIFTS FOR 11 YEAR OLD GIRLS

Giant Stuffed Tiger
This was the #1 item on her birthday list – the little Google Doc she made with her birthday wishlist said “PLEASE!🥺🙏 I Really want one of these!!!!🥰” And she was thrilled when she opened the box!

Helmet
Star has been asking for a new helmet for months – her current one was a skateboarding style and she was not a fan. She’s liked this one way more (this is the same helmet brand I have and I love it!).

Filament for a 3D pen
We got her a 3D pen for Christmas and she’s loved it and asked for more filament. Glad that this gift was a hit at Christmas!

Long Dancing Skirt
There has been a lot of dress-up going on with my younger girls and their friends and Star asked for some fun dress up clothing. Ella picked this out and it has been worn nonstop since Star’s birthday!

Sewing Kit
This was Ani’s gift to Star. My two younger girls take sewing lessons and they always have the sewing machine set up in their room and are working on their own little projects (this week, they’ve been making shoes for their American Dolls non-stop), so this was a hit gift. And she also got her some fabric to go along with it.

Locking Diary
This was what Tally picked out for Star and Star has LOVED it. Every night, I find her writing a page in it when I go to tuck her in. The matching pen and lock are the icing on the cake!

Mary Poppins
Bart’s parents always give the grandkids a book for their birthday and this illustrated version is a beautiful edition of a classic!

Make Your Own Jewelry Dishes
My parents sent this to Star for her birthday and it is just the kind of thing she loves! Perfect winter activity.

Long Sleeve Tee
This was my parents’ other gift to Star and she loves it – she wore it immediately and it was so cute on her! It is an ideal weight for this time of year – warm, but not too hot.
